In the current African society there exists friction between the western civilization and African indigenous culture, as a whole, the current African population seems to be confused and torn apart with the situation and hence lack of clear identity. Because of this, there is a need to create an understanding of the relevance of the African culture in the past and in today’s society and in the end reconcile the two. The ideal situation for the two should be where they complement each other in addressing the challenges of today’s African society. Some of the activities under this program include:-

Identification of specific community cultural aspects for analysis and recording.

Creating opportunities for understanding and analyzing the possible sides of every cultural aspect through the relevant community forums.

Cultural awareness campaigns through community exhibitions, media discussions, and resource materials.
