CELTRA is dedicated to promoting hope and inspire both children and youth through Art, Education, and Provision of food, clothes, shelter, job creation, mentor-ship, and Life-skills programs to positively shape their belief and rediscover their full potential in life and become the agents of transformation in their spheres of life.

Give opportunities by providing a platform for children in disadvantaged areas and teenagers who have been exposed to the dangers of life to acquire and realize their purpose in life and build their self-esteem. This is done through Arts that always put a smile on their faces, Drop-in programs for both feedings and giving them basic education until a child gets a sponsor, Treasured one's Bible clubs, life skills activities for both, Teenagers /youth programs, and other creative activities.

Create and facilitate programs that will aid them to realize their God-given talents and skills through Christian education, recreation, and vocational training. This is done through tutoring, Bible clubs, Art camps, and establishing a drop-in in the children’s center in the current three slums that we are working with. Currently, we have one in Kibera. We are trusting God to buy land and construct boarding facilities, which will be furnished with both educational and sports academies outside Nairobi County.

First Stage

Establishing drop-in shelter - Integrate (unite) those with their families back to their families. Establish shelters like the one we have at Ngong'  Mustered Seed Shelter. Currently CELTRA houses (58) Fifty-eight boys and Girls. In every slum that we are currently working within, Art and Bible clubs, tutoring, recreational activities and workshops for both children and teenagers on preventative health measures would be offered at the Centre. Resource centers vanished with libraries and trainers who will train teenagers and youths on entrepreneurship, drug abuse, HIV and AIDS, and other related training that affect them on a day-to-day basis.

Second Stage

Buying land outside Nairobi County in order to bring children/teenagers out of the disadvantaged environment to a better, safe, and conducive place, where they can go to school, learn and host their camps and recreational activities.

Third Stage

Establishing a boarding school for children from ages 7 through 18. A center for vocational training activities such as foundations for farming, agriculture principles, carpentry, and mechanical, and electrical engineering will be of great value to them.  Have mentors who will mentor those who would have identified with their talents to help them in order to fully utilize them even after their stay in CELTRA.
